With the heat of summer upon us, we all try to keep cooking to a minimum.   I thought this was a good recipe for healthy granola and since it can be made ahead of time and last all week, the cooking only needs to be done once thus keeping the house cooler in the mornings, or whenever a quick, healthy granola snack is needed.

I like how the recipe uses applesauce and agave nectar for sweetness and body; just sounds so un-ordinary… and I love that.   So check it out, and let me know how you like it!
